Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unused sheepskin products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it securely to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our workshop receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
